Twin Full Bunkbed
Help me redecorate my son's room? (pic included)?

Ok first of all, I am already going to replace the torn blinds, and I don't want to repaint, because his favorite color is red and he likes it red. But the main problem is his bed. It's a twin bed from a bunkbed set he's had since he was little. He's 13 now, and he's outgrown it. But as you can see, his room really isn't big enough for a full sized bed. The spot the bed is in is the only spot you could put a bed, because the closet is on one wall, and the door to the hallway is on the same wall. Right now he's pulling the mattress off and sleeping on the floor which I don't like. What can we do about his bed? We have a futon but it's not comfortable, and I think he'd have the same problems with a daybed being too small.
