my girlfriend wants my bed to float?

Ok so I have this sandbox in my room for my toys because I still like tonka trucks and stuff and my girlfriend has been complaining about sand in the bed and wants it to float. She suggested hanging it from the roof like three feet with cables. I think that would be great for my lego storage but I don't think it would look cool and also wouldn't it just sway around? Do you have to attach ballasts and stuff to it?

A sandbox in the bedroom - my first suggestion is to get rid of it!!!!!!!! Your girlfriend is right - who wants all that sand in there. You don't have to hang the bed... just go to the store and there are these leg extenders you can get that will add another 6" or so of height to the bed. Hide the sandbox & other miscellaneous toys under the bed.

GUYS in their 20s--Do you think this a good idea? Or too over the top?

My bf is in his late 20s and I know he wants a John Deere hat. So I've decided to get him one for our anniversary (don't worry, it's not one of the "big" anniversaries). Do you think it would be over the top if I put the hat on a teddy bear and gave it to him? Build a bear makes some that coordinate a whole outfit. Personally, I think it's adorable, but I don't want him to think it's stupid! My bf is pretty young at heart though, so I think he might like it. CRAZY Cat Help Please!!!?

We have a neutered male11 month cat. Hes sooo crazy. Sometimes he can be mean and aggressive. We talked to the vet, and he said our cat was "playing aggressively". The vet said that a good solution would be to get another kitten. He has a large cat condo to play and climb on and many toys. Me and my husband play with him almost everyday. But he still acts like a nut. Just the other day he lunged at my chest, he didn't scratch me, but still. Im currently 7 months preggers and im just worried on how the cat will react to the new baby. Will adding another cat help?

Since playing with him doesn't seem to be doing the trick, get some catnip spray, put it on some of his soft toys, and let him play with them. The catnip will make him "feisty" for a few minutes, but then he'll calm down and take a nap.

Feliway infuser is supposed to be of some help, too. Look for each of these at your pet store.

If you decide to get another cat, get another neutered male....a 5 month old would be good. In my experience, males are more loving and cuddly than females. My females "squabble" with each other, but my males get along with everyone.

If you go to your shelter and find one, you'll be saving a life, too. Since you're already 7 mos pregnant, you might consider doing this SOON, so that they get used to each other BEFORE another "change" in the house.
