Convertible Bunk
Can 5 people be put in ONE ROOM on a Carnival cruise?
My family wants to go on the cruise, & the ages are 6, 16, 21, 27, & 48. [neice, me, sisters, mom]
I was looking at the site about the deck plans of the ship we might take, & i saw how the legend had some rooms that could, for example, have a 2 twin beds[convert to king], convertible sofa, & an upper.
You could fit 2 on the bed, two on the sofa bed, & 1 on the bunk. Will they allow that? We're getting a travel agent later but i was just curious to know if 5 ppl can fit instead of just four because we would really hate to buy another room.... plus who spends much time in their room on a cruise anyway?!?!!?! lol
A standard room will hold 2 comfortably. With more than 2 it is extremely crowded and you would have to live out of your suitcase. I do not know of any standard rooms that hold more than 4. You would have to get a family room, mini suite, or full suite for 5. Two standard rooms would probably be cheaper. Note that prices are per person for the first 2 in a cabin. Third and 4th person pays less.
