Playing basketball lower back popped now I have stiffness?

When I woke up today I had to role out of bed had alot of pain. I have a bball game today and im not sure if I should play. I took some asprin and I do feel better but I still feel stiffness should i play tonite ?

No dont play tonight as u may do further damage just make sure to put a warm compressant on it and DONT take bed rest as studies have shown this makes u more stiff and susceptible to further injury.
if the pain persists after 2/3 days u may need to go to a physiotherapist or an osteopath(back doctor) as they will know more and be specialised than a GP in this area.
